Shut off the electric at the panel to the oven, loosened the 2 screws holding the element to the back oven wall, then loosened the 2 screws holding the wires to the element, replaced the element with the one I ordered from AppliancePartsPros.com. Turned the electric back on at the breaker, turned the oven on and there is heat!
