Took cabinet off. Had looked at videos and diagrams and saw missing both springs from back of tub. Ordered parts and fixed within 2 hours.
Works much better.Is easier if use 2 pairs of pliers. One to stretch spring to hole and the other to nudge it over that last bit. Also used duct tape to hold in place the piece that spring attaches to.
