Opened lid during cycle and found upper agitator not turning.Removed dust cover seal and saw cam turning but dogs were only engaging once in a while.Although I didn't need to replace the upper agitator I did anyway,along with the agitator cam kit.
I watched the quick repair video and repaired the washer myself in less than 30 min.
