How to replace Switch Board (Control Panel). Definitely a circuit board problem - beeping, flashing, cycling power to compressor, some lights not working, weird defrost, no panel function, no water or ice maker dispensing. Replaced board and 100% back to normal. Thirty minutes to replace and vacuum. Whew! If you look closely, one of the capacitors is bulging.
