Ordered fill tube and grommet assembly from AppliancePartsPros.com (OEM part, fit perfectly). I had to use needle nose pliers to remove fill tube stuck in back of refrigerator, after that it took 15 min to replace tube and grommet assembly, including vacuuming out the fan housing and coils. It takes longer to remove and replace the 6 screws holding the cover than to replace the tube assembly.
