I went to the box store and they didn't have the boot seal, and they gave me a number to call for the part. I called the number and checked out their site and they didn't have it either. I started online shopping and by total luck I happened upon your site. Before ordering the part I watched the video and was sold. That's right! The video sold me the part. I would have caused damage to my washer by trying to caveman it off. The guy on the video is the Bob Ross of appliance repair! He talked/walked right through it with with a total cal about him.
