Using torx screwdrivers, I removed the top and back panels, and the lower plastic trim panel on the front bottom. I then disconnected the wiring plug and two hoses. There's a screw right below the drain plug/cleanout on the front of the machine. Remove that and the pump will be free. I also blew air through the drain hose while it was off the pump to be sure it was clear. I didn't need to roll my machine on it's side as one video suggests, but it does take some effort to remove and replace the hoses and clamps. I had a helper push the bigger hose back onto the pump body while I held the spring clamp open with pliers.
