I searched for the issue on the net. It was the carbon brushes. I saw online that AppliancePart had 24/7 phone line. I was able to talk to the service rep. She looked up the specific part, directed me to the net to confirm it was the correct piece. I ordered on Saturday afternoon. The part was shipped on Monday and received Wednesday(using the standard ground service). When I got home from work on Wednesday night the washer was back doing it's job within 30 minutes.
The hardest part of this project was feeding the carbon brush springs into the channel. Patience is the key.
