Do-It-Yourself Story

I bought a used Bosch dishwasher at Goodwill for $12 and as the one we had was literally falling apart, I thought it was worth a try to see if I could get it to work. I read through all of the stories of low/no water pressure, loud operation and it was relatively easy to determine the problem. I pulled the pump and sure enough, the impeller was in two pieces as many of the stories had described. I ordered the part, watched the video on how to install it, and voila we have a beautifully working Bosch dishwasher for about $160.
