When my Bosch Nexxt 100 washer drum stopped spinning, I did a bit of research on line before spending money on a repair man and you should too! Found out that one possible cause was the carbon brushes worn down then found a video on You Tube showing how to change them out. Looked easy enough so ordered the brush set, it arrived in 2 days and took less than 15 minutes to replace them. Saved myself $500 on a repairman who would've wanted to replace the entire motor!
