I looked up the problem on U Tube and found that the problem stemmed from a faulty water inlet valve. It was not getting enough water into both to turn the wand, and dilute enough of the detergent to allow for complete clearing. I then went to the Appliance Parts Pros website and watched the how-to repair video. This is the second appliance part I have ordered from this site and in both cases, the video took all the mystery out of how to repair an appliance. I love these videos and the fact that I'm saving lots of money. My husband and I took 45 min to replace the valve and we are up and running again. Thank you Appliance Parts Pros.
