This was a very simple repair. Using a screwdriver and flashlight I repaired my oven by myself in about 10 minutes by following the steps shown in the repair video found on this site. Not to sound sexist but I'm a female who is not at all "handy" and very impatient so if I can do it anyone can. Save your money and do this repair yourself. The main points are to make sure the power is turned off at the circuit breaker before you start; when pulling the old element out make sure you pull the wires out far enough so they don't fall back into the wall; and take your time reconnecting the wires to the new element because it's a tight fit so you don't want to be too forceful. I ordered the part on a Wednesday night and had it installed Friday night - yes, shipping is incredibly fast.
