I finally just set the drawer on the floor under the range, a couple of weeks later I decided to really look at the drawer and figure out what was wrong and two of the plastic guides were missing or broken. one guide from the bottom edge of the drawer and one from the upper edge. So I looked up the model on Appliance Parts Pros and using the diagrams and pictures and found the parts I needed, ordered them, they came in only a few days. It was so easy, the parts just slipped up into slots now the drawer is operating like it should.
