EASY. After being told that the parts were no longer manufactured and that the cost of repair would be $500, plus a cost of a helper, I ordered the parts from your company ( under $4.00) and once started, the door was finished in less than 30 minutes. I replaced both, the upper and lower lift washer. If needed again I am sure that the time will be cut in half. Thanks.
