Fortunately these guys have a great backlog of parts and I’ve been able to fix it myself by replacing the bracket and 30 minutes of labor.
This is the second time in 15 years I’ve had to do this. Sadly the plastic is thin and subject to brittleness I think when it gets cold. But the fix is easy enough to do. It’s a Samsung bottom freezer refrigerator. Can’t remember the model number.
