I broke a control knob on the Whirlpool cook top in my new home when I attempted to repair it if found a grommet that should have been under one of the other knobs was missing

Ordered replacement parts from AppliancePros.com. Although one of the parts (the knob) was out of stock, they sent the first one right away and the second one arrived 3 days earlier than the projected delivery date with NO additional shipping charge for the second shipment.
