Lynn D Tempe , AZ July 10, 2018 Appliance: Model GE ADORA DISHWASHER Broke the upper rack water/spinning arm while 'cleaning it'. I have hard water and my dishwasher is old. I was going to take off the spinning arm to bleach it, but ended up breaking it. I am so glad for AppliancePartsPros.com. Breaking the upper rack arm, which was basically stuck and I tried too hard to remove it and broke it. I almost thought I had to buy a complete new upper rack. Enter AppliancePartsPros.com - found the upper arm assembly. [During my successful 'cleaning', I also noticed the wheels were not freely spinning, so I ordered replacement rollers for both the top and bottom rack] I was VERY careful installing the arm assembly. [no directions, just took my time] and aligned the ridges and nubs etc together before twisting. Ran the dishwasher in test mode, upper rack is usable again!! Very pleased. Had to strong arm the wheels a bit.... All the parts FIT the dishwasher [it's not THAT old 8 yrs but not made anymore...] as advertised. Will be back!!
