Replacement of the part, purchased from AppliancePartPros.com, was pretty simple and straightforward: remove a retainer cap at the end of the sliding rack, remove the broken wheel and bracket, slide in the wheel for the new assembly and then fasten the bracket onto the upper rack - a simple clip-in arrangement. Replace the retainer cap. By the way, another one of these is sure to fail on an older dishwasher, so I ordered two of them.
