I am happy with the belt that I ordered from Appliance Parts Pros. I am not happy with FedEx. I chose the 2-day shipping option and paid $30+ for it. I received the belt 5 days later and when I called FedEx, they said there was nothing they could do because of a policy they changed in April of 2020. What that means to me is that they can charge customers for 2-day delivery and it doesn't matter how long it takes for the customer to get the package and if it's late, they're not going to do anything about it. I would appreciate more shipping options available on Appliance Parts Pros.
