I found the steps to follow for my dryer (Amana NED7200TW) on applianceblog.com along with a copy of the Service manual that shows how to disassemble the dryer.
Turn off the power to the dryer. You'll need to remove the top of the dryer, the console, the front panel, and the bulkhead. I also had to remove the lint collector unit over the blower. From there you just pull the drum out and wrap the belt around the drum (groove side down) and put the drum back in the dryer. The tricky part is winding the belt around the Idler Pulley because you have to do it by feel. I watched a few you tube videos until it clicked for me. After that just reverse the process and put everything back together. Remember to reconnect any electrical things you disconnected along the way. I forgot to reconnect the moisture sensor that is at the top of the door to the control panel and had to take the front panel off again after putting it all back together.
