Well, the wife was out of town and I was trying to cook lunch for my son and I when I broke the knob on our Jenn-Air oven. If my wife came home and discovered the knob broken I would have been in real trouble. I looked on line and found this most wonderful company. I placed my order for a new knob. Yep, less than 24 hours they sent me the new knob. I simply took the broken knob and threw it away. It was easy to replace the broken knob with the brand new knob, just line it up and pop it on. They saved the day and now my spouse will never know, unless she reads this message.
