After deciding the $225 for a repair tech to come and fix the latch sounded a bit high, I figured I'd look into doing it myself. I found the how-to video from AppliancePartsPros, and decided that I'd do it myself.
I ordered the part, and as soon as it arrived I started the fix. 6 minutes start to finish and it's as good as new. I couldn't be happier.
This is the first review I've ever done on anything, but it is warranted. $35 including shipping was better than $225.
