Followed the how to video on appliancepartspros.com..exactly. No surprises and fixed the issue in about 20 minutes.
The heating element took about an hour, but as a simple repair. Hardest part was pulling out the unit and repositioning the unit. The repair itself as basically remove two nuts from heating element, remove the element; replace with the new one and replace the two nuts.
