Tony B Orchard Park , NY January 07, 2023 Broken off door strike stuck in door lock switch. After watching a video online I saw how easy the repair was. By removing the steel wire holding the rubber gasket around the door and partially removing the gasket. I was able to reach inside the washer and pull out the door latch assembly. I simply connected the new Door Lock & Switch Assembly to the three connectors after removing the old one. I did them in order---- disconnecting one and connecting the new one so as not to get confused. The two screws holding the door strike were easily removed and the old strike was replaced with the new one. The entire process took less than 10 minutes.
