Took it apart tuesday afternoon. Ordered the part from you. Got the part on thursday as promised and put the machine back together thursday afternoon. By late afternoon , I was using it and it works like new. Thanks for the quick delivery and great help by phone. I used the Affresh cleaner before using the machine and it really helped to clean the machine well also.
