Bobbie W Arlington , MA December 28, 2014 Broken element on glass top stove I did it myself. It was very easy to fix. Shut off circuit breaker for the stove, removed 2 screws under the top holding the glass top in place. Then removed the screws and pulled out the electrical clamps holding the broken element in place. Next, slide the new element in place and tightened the screws.
