Fairly straight forward repair. You'll need a decent set of hex head screw driver bits (a six "star" shaped T-15 was what I used) to separate the insulated panel from the front door panel itself. (There's a set of screw "guides" for both long 2" screws that go all the way through the door to the end caps, try not to let these drop into the door like I did. No big deal but an extendable magnetic rod will get them back, or you can reach down if you have small hands.) Once you've separated the doors there's a 1/4 socket head screw holding the end cap in place Putting it back together make sure the screws/guides are lined up into the new end caps. 15-30 minutes the first time you do it. Much quicker after you've done it once.
