I watched the video on Appliance Pros took the ice maker apart. I found the bad dispenser drum and ordered it using the website. I picked the lest expensive shipping on the 4th just before Labor Day. I recieved the part right after the holiday. Wow , I was impressed by the super fast shipping and the part was an actual Whirlpool part that fit exactly. I reassembled the ice maker after watching the video on Appliance Pros again. The ice maker works now works like new.
