Did not know what the problem was. Watched all of repair movies until I located the idler pulley broken on the bottom out of sight. Their was carbon material on the bottom kept me looking. Once I found the pulley, back to the repair movies until I found the movie how to repair it. Ordered parts. Watching it spin now. The reason for trouble shooting, it sounded like a garbage truck compacting.
