I was able to order new door shelves and crisper drawer support bracket. I ordered the wrong door shelf, but it was very easy to return it and get the right one. The drawers just slid right in, but the crisper drawer support bracket required a few minutes of work. I did exactly what the video said to do, and it worked fine.
