The service was incredible. Saw the problem, googled the model, saw the parts on the website, ordered them, they were here in 2 days. The additional shelf is something that I've been thinking about for a while, but just didn't until the shelf on the door got broken off and I had to do something anyway. The experience couldn't have been better.
