Charles M Worth , IL December 14, 2014 Broken spray arm assembly holding tabs were broken someone tried to remove the spray arm by pulling up on it without releasing the tabs bad move !!! Removed the base of the arm using a screwdriver inserted thru the openings then gently turned counter-clock-wise. Turned new assembly into place. Very simple !
