Original rollers broke off. I ordered & installed the entire adjuster rack. You have to be very mechanically inclined not only to remove the old one but also to install the new adjuster with no directions. 1st side took about 15 minutes to figure out but the second side went very quickly. Entire job took about 30 minutes to remove & install.
