Replaced armature, Motor Field Assy, and Speed Control Plate. I recommend using some kind of thread locker for all the fasteners so they don't come loose again. I was amazed it turned on first time!! I also ensured the mixer speed was adjusted for the lowest speed (60 rpm) and the speed on #6 (180 rpm). I used a camera and then viewed the video clip in slow motion to get an accurate rpm count.
