A client that we did a kitchen remodel for inquired if I could replace the bulb in his GE microwave. This is a built in unit which required the removal of the exterior to cabinet trim and then the trim to cabinet. Once on the bench the unit was straight forward except for the two torque safety screws. A previous visit to your web site alerted me to this screws and I was prepared with the TT20 bit. Once the tin work was slid out of the way the bulb was visible and was simple plug and play replacement. The the best design but not the worst either. Replaced all the screws and trim and all is well.
