Easy fix. Remove 2 screws; detach 2 electrical connectors (simply pull off).
Attach electrical wires to new element; carefully position element in back of oven to align the two screw holes and secure the element to the oven as originally found.
Safely first; unplug stove or "off" the circuit breaker before doing any repair.
