I called an appliance parts & repair house. Their advice was that a tech would have to make a house call to diagnose the problem...cost $80 for the visit and $100 plus if it needed a new harness or $30 for an igniter or..... After a brief conversation & a little troubleshooting on my part, I concluded the igniter was faulty since all other burners were igniting properly. A search online led me to your company. I ordered a $10.08 igniter, received it 3 days sooner than expected, installed it in 15 minutes and saved about $115. Thanks for your great service.
