Filled sink may have actually been due to a clogged sink filter, but with a 15 year old machine and buzzing solenoids didn't want to risk a mess. Machine was an LG WM1832CW . If you search you can find a service manual online. To access the valves you don't need to take off the top as some videos show. Just remove the control panel that sticks up at the back (about 7 screws), take a picture of where the connectors attach, remove them and the panel. Turn off water, unplug, disconnect hoses. Remove valves, replace, put everything back together. About a 1 1/2 hour job with no bloody knuckles if you are careful. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 1-2 hours
