I bought a new drain hose and they sent me exactly the same as what came on my washing machine originally. Once I was able to tip the machine over on its side, it was a fairly easy job to undo one clamp slide off the old hose and then reverse the process to put on the new hose. As I said the key to do it in the shed was being able to tip the wash machine over on its side because access was completely from the bottom.
