I pulled the fridge out and watched it then went on youtube.com and researched problems and how people fixed their problem. Most it did but one or two in reviews had no success.
I decided it was the controller. I also ordered the capacitor just in case and that it was just as old as the bad controller. I also did not want to pay shipping and handling again if the capacitor was bad or went bad in the future.
I worked out just great. Had it cleaned up and installed works like a new one again. October 2016.
