After the zip ties and fishing line failed, I decided to stop being cheap and ordered the upper dish rack wheels. I removed the clips on the tracks, removed the top rack, removed the old wheels, and installed the new ones. (Tip: turning the rack upside down makes it easier to remove and install the wheels.) Slide the rack in the track and and install the clips.
