Terry A Omaha , NE May 25, 2021 The j clips on the lower basket wheels would no longer stay attached and the wheels kept falling off. The new wheel kit has a re-designed axle attachment, that is a straight push on to the basket wire. I simply installed the axle in the wheel and pressed them on.
