Removed front kick panel, tested the fuse, thermal sensors, and heating element, found heating coil had an open circuit. Removed coil assembly, found a broken wire on the coil. Ordered a new element from Appliance Pros and it was delivered within two days. Installed new element, reassembled, tested and now works correctly.
