I had tried ordering twice from an aftermarket supplier and they couldn’t get the order correct. I’m guessing someone filled their bins incorrectly. After the failed attempts I googled replacement ice makers and found your website. I reluctantly placed my order and about 4 days later I received the correct replacement. I called your customer support and spoke with a representative named Ken. The replacement I got was a 14 cube instead of 12 cube which created questions in my mind of how it was going to know to fill the additional cubes. Ken dug till he got the correct answer. It’s an updated bigger, better piece of equipment than the original. I have nothing but good things to say about you all at this point. It took me about 20 minutes to replace it myself and your video was also very helpful. Ken also took notes and thanked me for bringing this to his attention as he was unaware of it.
