Edward A Orlando , FL March 23, 2020 Appliance: Model 790.92423302 The control board blew up (i heard a loud pop and saw a brief flame come up on the left hand side of the stove) I removed the back top panel of the stove and took out the board. Something good to do which I did was to take a picture of the wiring in case you forget. I had to remove the actual board from the black "frame" in order to confirm that it was burnt/blown. And by the way I looked it up on YouTube to see what was wrong. Once I confirmed it was the same issue as what was on YouTube, I ordered the control board and paid $4 extra so it would get to me in a couple of days. The overlay that has the labels for the buttons is separate and is way overpriced but it is needed. I installed it and when I plugged in the stove nothing happened and it so happened I tested the outlet and there was no current. I checked the main switch and it got tripped when the board blew so I turned it completely off and then back on and then there was current. I plugged the stove in and then it worked. Overall a very easy fix and saved me a lot of money. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
