Mike C Charlotte , NC December 24, 2015 Control board f10'd!! run away heat I contacted customer service cause I didn't find the right part myself, they told me which parts I would need, orederd, received in 2 days as promised and the actual repair took less time than writing this review! 10 screws and 2 plugs later, a whopping 5 min later, stove is like new again, baked up a storm of Christmas cookies as I type!!
