Replaced with metal lid AP6013408, 2 AP6004844 hinges, and 4 AP6015313 screws.
Found instructions for removing old door and replacing it on U Tube videos.
Was worried that it would not fit, looking at the grid in description of part, but it fit perfectly and works very well.
No plastic parts to crack anymore. 72 yr. old woman did repair alone.
