Replace cables and rollers with the door balance link kit. Reconnect to spring Door now closes without issue and locks properly. level and reinstall with new undercounter bracket, My custommer is elderly. she has had 2 strokes and now is very happy she can again use the dishwasher. Now able to lift door to close was extreamilyhelpful for her.
