The motor's grinder blade was visibly broken and the machine made droning noise and stopped cleaning well. The website helped me diagnose the problem and directed me to the right motor for my Maytag. I had a huge hiccup when I hadn't ordered a hose clamp to replace the factory hose clamp during reassembly. The video mentions you'll need one but somehow I thought local hardware would have it - they didn't. But instructions were terrific and after a two-day delay, it's all back together and working properly.
