Replaced this fuse, which controlled the temperature detection for the detect-dryness mode. The way that mode works is that when the clothes are dry, they no longer have enough moisture to decrease the dryer temperature. So the circuit controlled by this fuse detects the increase in temp & turns the dryer off. Once the fuse blew (I'm not sure why), that circuit perceived the temp as too high & kept the heat off.
